Along with tackling the trails, the newest Land Cruiser’s hybrid powertrain puts out a 326 net combined horsepower with 465 lb-ft of torque. That means you get a more than generous 6,000 lbs max towing capacity and an impressive EPA-estimated 23 combined mpg fuel economy.

2024 Toyota Land Cruiser Capability

All three trim levels of the Land Cruiser—Land Cruiser 1958, Land Cruiser, and First Edition—are equipped with a trail-tested i- FORCE MAX hybrid powertrain that consists of a turbocharged 2.4-liter four cylinder i-FORCE MAX hybrid engine and an 8 speed automatic transmission.

The full-time 4-wheel drive system provides power to the front and rear wheels to improve traction and stability on all surfaces. An electronically controlled 2 speed transfer case allows the driver to select the perfect amount of torque for the driving conditions.
